Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

When purchasing our digital photo services, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection laws. This cooling-off period is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

Important: Your right of withdrawal expires once you have uploaded your images and selected a style/background. At this point, the production process for your personalized portraits begins, and the service is considered "commenced" and non-refundable.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at hi@heysmile.ai before uploading any images or making selections within the service.

To process your request, please send an email including:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Date of purchase
• Confirmation if you wish the refund to be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
